Warranty

At Aguaclara, we stand behind the quality of our garments. All our products are covered against manufacturing, material, and workmanship defects. 

You may request a warranty evaluation within 90 calendar days from the delivery date of your order. Each case will be reviewed individually by our team to determine the most appropriate solution.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty applies if the garment presents:

• Manufacturing defects (stitching, closures, elastics, etc.)
• Fabric defects (fibers, color issues, imperfections)
• Print defects

How to request a warranty evaluation

To start a warranty request, please contact us at aguaclara@applauzi.com or via WhatsApp.

Include the following information:

• Full name
• Order number
• Photos of the product
• Description of the issue

We will respond within 1 business day.

Important

Aguaclara will evaluate each case individually to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, store credit, or refund.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Natural wear and tear from use
• Improper use or care
• Damage caused by third parties or alterations
• External factors or accidents
