Return and exchange policy
We will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from shipping date. Due to the delicate nature of bathing suits, garments must be in their original condition with hangtags and sanitary protection in place. Thongs and g-strings are not returnable or exchangeable. Garments that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at their own expense.
Please note that shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
Delivery times
Because all garments are made-to-order swimsuit, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.

All our shipping is done by UPS Ground Service. If you need a special requirement, please contact us with your request.
International shipping

Please keep in mind that returned items from overseas must arrive at our warehouse with no shipping charges or import duties left to be paid. We won't be able to accept returns and exchanges if this condition is not strictly followed, because we cannot afford the extra costs associates with these situations.
